About Devine Timing Occupational Therapy
Where understanding, connection, and gentle support come together.
At Devine Timing Occupational Therapy, we believe every child deserves the space, time, and support to grow in their own unique way. Childhood is not a race, it’s a journey of discovery, learning, regulation, and connection.
Our role is to walk alongside families with compassion, clarity, and evidence-informed care, helping children develop the foundations they need to feel confident and capable in their world.
We work from a neurodiversity-affirming lens, honouring each child’s strengths, sensory needs, communication styles, and authentic way of being. Therapy is never about “fixing”; it’s about understanding, supporting, and empowering.

Meet Elle Moore (Devine) - Founder & Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Hi, I’m Elle, paediatric Occupational Therapist, mum of two boys, and founder of Devine Timing OT on the Gold Coast.

I support young children and their families through sensory, emotional, behavioural and developmental challenges using gentle, play-based and nervous-system informed practice.

With over 15 years’ experience across homes, kindies, schools and community settings, I understand how a child’s relationships, routines, environment and sensory world all shape their development.

Rather than looking at one area in isolation, I take time to understand the whole child and the foundations beneath their skills, creating therapy that helps them feel safe, confident and understood.

At Devine Timing OT, my goal is to offer warm, responsive and meaningful support—wherever your family needs it.

Our Approach
I use a foundational skills framework to understand the underlying areas that support a child’s daily function. By identifying strengths and gaps across sensory processing, body awareness, emotional regulation, developmental milestones, postural control, and play skills, I can create a clear, targeted plan. Strengthening these foundational areas supports higher-level skills such as learning, behaviour, communication and independence.
A Space for Growth - At Home, in the Community, or in Our Carrara Clinic
Whether therapy takes place in your home, at kindy or school, through telehealth, or at our warm and welcoming Carrara home-clinic, the goal remains the same:
to support your child in ways that feel natural, positive, and meaningful for them.
